Youngevity Gobbling Up Other MLMs

Youngevity has been on an acquisition tear lately, buying at least 3 other MLMs:

  1. Sozo Global:
  2. Nature’s Pearl:; and
  3. Legacy For Life:

All of these MLM scams are probably shrinking like crazy, and the only way to survive is to go for scale and reduce duplicative corporate overhead and decrease product manufacturing pricing. They can also combine their cash to pay their lawyers in the lawsuit against former distributors: Hopefully the larger Youngevity can also be put out of its MLM scamming misery, providing a 4 for 1 knockout.

  • I have been absent for some time, but now I remember why I used to love this website. Thanks, I will try and check back more often. How frequently you update your site?

  • What makes Youngevity a MLM scam? They don’t push tools, and their focus is customers buying products. I was in it last year. Do you have a criteria for determining this legally? Thanks, Tim

    • How do you know whether the other companies Youngevity acquired also have a customer-sales oriented culture? Why did you quit Youngevity? Were the products too expensive to sell? It doesn’t matter whether the “focus” is on customers, the only thing that matters is whether they actually make customer sales that exceed the internal, distributor purchases. That’s not only my criteria, it’s also the FTC’s criteria. I think it’s a very low bar that could easily be raised to at least 3/4s of the profit coming from customers, as I can’t think of a single non-MLM business that could survive with half or even 3/4s of the volume coming from non-participants.

  • Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword….wait there’s even more Now what if i told you there was a simple WordPress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That’s right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin
