sometime later this summer U.S. companies could be sued under the RICO Act by foreign governments, if the US Supreme Court rules in favor of the plaintiffs. This means any country could go after Amway and other MLMs having tool scams, instead of waiting for the U.S. government to do the right thing. In fact, this may light a fire under the U.S. government’s hiney and force them to do their job instead of being embarrassed by other countries. Stay tuned.
