Since Amway has now LOST their lawsuit against me, why do I say Amway didn’t have a prayer? Besides Amway being bound to the agreement, the agreement also prevents Amway from suing me again unless I violate the agreement, which is otherwise allowed under civil law even if I had won the original lawsuit at a trial, as the concept of double jeopardy is applicable to criminal law, not civil law. Why is this? Simple. What I say is true.

Here’s a couple of examples of SLAPP lawsuits, or threats of them, trite compared to the ATS, which resulted in lawsuits, or threats of lawsuits:

1. Of course, when I state the FACTS that Amway is a scam, and Jody Victor has played a HUGE role in continuing it, there are virtual crickets chirping in the night….

So, you can easily see the LCKs are ready and willing to sue over a painting, some pots and pans, and a standard form, but when it comes to the multi-billion dollar, multi-million IBO, multi-decade tool scam, Amway and the LCKs lose hands down!
