Dr. Tokaji-Nagy (fondly referred to as “Dr. O” so we don’t butcher the correct pronunciation of her name too badly!) wrote her doctorate thesis on the MLM issue, and the document can be found here: https://cris.maastrichtuniversity.nl/portal/files/1419198/guid-cced183a-aa58-45a0-b8d1-cdf5892d1aef-ASSET1.0. It’s a long (but aren’t all doctorate theses?) but very well written paper coming from someone who is obviously very well informed and has worked in the consumer protection area and even worked for Amway for a period of time. She also provided some additional information regarding why the European Herbalife lawsuit was overturned on appeal in favor of Herbalife.
