VISION
Bring Honesty, Openness, and Transparency (HOT) to the RICO fraudulent Amway Tool Scam business, to ensure it is transformed into an ethical, moral, and legal business. So, let’s turn up the heat!
MISSION
Cause, in an increasing manner, 10s to 100s of millions of dollars or more of business loss to Amway, particularly in the U.S., every single year by telling the TRUTH about the Amway Tool Scam, until Amway shuts it down. These Lying Cowardly “Kingpins” (LCKs) MUST be permanently stopped from plying their ATS RICO “trade.”
THE PROBLEM
Amway is a scam, and here’s why: Amway charges the maximum possible amount for their products and pays out as little PV/BV money as they can get away with in order to maximize their profit, and they can get away with this because they support the higher level IBOs ripping off their downline via the tool scam. As a result, over 99% of IBOs operate at a net loss, while the top less than 1% Lying Cowardly “Kingpins” IBOs make several TIMES more from their Amway Tool Scam (ATS) than from the Amway products, but lie about this fact by omission. This was made illegal in India in 2005 and the UK in 2008, (see below for more information), but our FTC is unable to pull their heads out of their “backsides” to stop it here. This is commonly referred to as a triangle scam, although in most triangle scams there is one scamming entity that plays a legitimate entity off of the victim (for an example, see http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5158208/ns/technology_and_science-security/t/consumers-caught-credit-card-scam-triangle/), whereas in the Amway scenario the LCKs and Amway “double dip” by BOTH ripping off the 99+% of the remaining IBOs. I suggest you also forward the information to everyone you know who isn’t an IBO, so they don’t get scammed.
THE SOLUTION
Amway needs to bring the following changes to all countries, including the U.S.:
1. Either disclose how much money is being made by the ATS, or force the upline IBO LCKs to significantly reduce tool prices. Actually, if the former path is chosen, the latter will happen as a natural result of a free market.
2. Share major functions with all local IBOs. A method to do this would be to sell a colored ticket to those in the LOS/LOA (Line of Sponsorship/Line of Affiiliation), and a different colored ticket to those outside the LOS/LOA. Allow the LOS/LOA IBOs to enter selected function sessions early to cover LOS/LOA specific information, then allow the others to enter 30-45 minutes later. Rich DeVos demanded the upline reduce their tool profit in 1983, but then did NOTHING to enforce the mandate, and IBOs have been ripped off until the current day. The infamous Posta memo was also issued in 1983: http://www.amquix.info/pdfs/postma-memo-1983.pdf which describes a damning portrayal of the Amway Tool Scam.
This will result in the high level IBOs, currently known as LCKs, in rightly placing pressure on Amway to lower product prices and raise the PV/BV payout, a true supply and demand, free enterprise, capitalist, and competitive scenario, and quite the opposite of the slimy and hidden nature of what now exists, particularly in the U.S.
